I am struggling with my weight and I just don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve tried sooo many diets, off and on, for like the past 5 years! It feels like nothing works. A friend of mine was tellin’ me about these Himalaya Ayur Slim Capsules, and I keep hearing others rave about them too. But I have no idea if they're actually effective or safe. I did some research and it says they help with cravings and boosting metabolism, but honestly, I’m kinda skeptical. Last month, I even went to the doc ’cause I was feeling really bloated and tired all the time, and she didn’t find anything major wrong. Just told me to "eat healthier and exercise." Ugh, I know that but why is it so hard? I read that Himalaya Ayur Slim Capsules can be natural and have good ingredients, but what if they're just like every other supplement that promises results without real change? Has anyone here actually tried them? Did they help you? Any side effects? I just want to know if I should give this a shot or just stick with good ol’ veggies and gym time. Thanks!
