Mein back pain se pareshan hu, pao me bhi dard rahta hai.thodi der khade rahne ya thodi dur chalne me dikkat hoti hai dinbhar aalas aata hai.

Start with 1. Lashunadi Vati 2-0-2 before food 2. Yograja Guggulu 2-0-2 after food 3. Balarishta 15ml-0-15ml before food with 15ml of water 4. Tab R Compound 2-0-2 after food

Find yourself a nearby Panchakarma centre and go for Panchakarma procedures. 1. Massage with Nirgundi Tail followed by Sudation therapy for 10 days.

Avoid - Cold bath, packaged food items, excess sugar, long walks, cold water, sour food items like curd/buttermilk, avoid Paneer/Cheese

Follow - hot water bath, drinking lukewarm water, having short brisk walks

Back pain aur pairon mein dard ke karan kai ho sakte hain. Ayurveda ke hisaab se, yeh vata dosha ka prakop bhi ho sakta hai. Vata imbalance ke liye sabse pehle, aapko apni lifestyle mein kuch badlaav karna zaroori hai.

Diet: Bhojan mein vata ko shaant karne wale aahar ko shamil karein. Garm aur ghee se pakaye hue bhojan ko apne diet mein shamil karein jaise ki khichdi, upma, daal aur soups. Kacche aur thande khane se bachne ki koshish karein, ye vata ko aur badhate hain. Har din saat-eight glasses pani zaroor peeyen.

Lifestyle: Din bhar mein ek jaise pose mein jyada der tak na baithe aur na hi khade rahein. Five minute ke liye har hour mein stretch karte rahein. Din ki shuruwat garm paani pe kar sakte hain aur thoda sa abhyanga (taila massage) bhi kar sakte hain. Sarson ya til ke tel se halka massage kamar aur pairon pe karein. Sone ka samay thoda awal karein, aur raat ko six-eight ghante ki neend jaruri hai.

Yoga: Halka-fulka yog ka abhyas aap ki madad kar sakta hai jaise ki Baddha Konasana, Setu Bandhasana aur Bhujangasana. Bas yeh dhyan rahein ki koi bhi exercise zyada force se na karein, dheere-dheere shuru karein.

Lekhya (herbal preparations): Triphala churna raat mein garm paani ke sath leh sakte hain agni ko samarthit karne ke liye. Ashwagandha aur Shatavari bhi vata ko shaant karne mein madadgar hain, lekin inka seva kisi Ayurvedic doctor ke salah par hi karein.

Yadi pain aur discomfort tej ho, ya sahi improvement na ho, toh kona sakta hai ki kisi doctor ya specialist ki sala lena zaroori ho. Unka sahi diagnosis aur treatment pehle avashyak hai, yeh kuch basic steps hai jo aap ghar par apna sakte hain, lekin severe cases mein medical help lena zaroori hai.
