I am really trying to figure out how to take arjuna powder and I'm a little lost. The other day, I went to this Ayurvedic store looking for something to help with my heart health, because I've been feeling a bit, I dunno, like my heart races sometimes, especially after workouts or stressful days. I mentioned this to the shopkeeper, and he recommended arjuna powder. I bought it, but now I'm unsure about the best way to take arjuna powder. Like, can I just mix it in water?
