Seeking Guidance for Diabetes Management - #47597

I have been diagnosed with diabetis. My fasting glucose was 172 and 2 hours post meal was 229. My hba1c level was 8.4%. I want to lower down the levels and lead a healthy life as diabetis itself comes with a plethora of side effects. I have started taking Gudmar powder from today. Pls guide me what else can I do for a remission of diabetis ?

Avoid sugar, wheat, dairy and bakery products. Regular exercise. Increase intake of raw vegetables and fruits. Use boiled water for drinking. Tab Mamejava 2-0-2 Before meal Tab Guduchi 2-0-2 Follow up after 4weeks.
