Best Way to Consume Amlaki Rasayan (WITHOUT excess sourness) 1. Ideal Timing (Very Important) • Morning, empty stomach • Or 2 hours after dinner if morning causes acidity Avoid taking it late at night.

2. Correct Dosage • 1 teaspoon daily • Do NOT exceed 1 tsp regularly (can increase acidity)

3.
