Foot arch and toe pain is usually due to strain, improper support, or nerve/muscle fatigue. Give rest to the foot for 1–2 days. Avoid long standing, walking barefoot, or hard surfaces. Use soft, cushioned footwear. Keep the foot warm. You can do gentle stretching of toes and foot (without pain). At home, apply warm sesame oil and do mild massage, followed by hot water fomentation. Soaking feet in warm water with a little rock salt also gives good relief. Yograj Guggulu – 1 tablet twice daily after food Maharasnadi kwath – 15 ml with equal warm water twice daily This will reduce pain and inflammation. If pain persists for many days or increases while walking, then proper evaluation is needed to rule out plantar fasciitis or nerve involvement. Regards, Dr Raghuveer (Ayurvedacharya)

Ayurvedic Care Recommendations Do gentle warm sesame oil massage on the foot arch and toes twice daily, especially before sleep. Soak feet in warm water with rock salt for 10–15 minutes. Avoid excessive walking, standing for long hours, cold floors, and tight footwear. Use soft cushioned footwear with proper arch support. Include calcium- and magnesium-rich foods like sesame, almonds, dates, and milk if suitable. Helpful Ayurvedic Medicines Mahayograj Guggulu – supports joints and nerve pain Dashmool Kwath – helps reduce inflammation and Vata imbalance Rasnadi Guggulu or Yograj Guggulu – useful for muscular and foot pain External Application Apply sahacharadi oil warm over the painful area daily.
