is kerala vaidyashala good for chronic joint pain? seeking honest feedback - #1720
I’ve had chronic joint pain for the last few years, mainly in my knees and shoulders. It’s been affecting my mobility, and I’ve tried everything from physiotherapy to supplements, but the relief is always temporary. I recently came across Kerala Vaidyashala while searching for Ayurvedic treatments. They seem to offer a range of therapies, but I’m not sure how effective they are for long-term pain management. Has anyone here tried Kerala Vaidyashala for joint pain or arthritis? What was your experience like, and did the treatments actually help with reducing inflammation and pain? Also, do they provide personalized therapy plans, or is it more of a standard package for everyone? I’m planning to book a session but want to be sure it’s worth it before making the trip.
