Since when do you have these symptoms? What scan was done? Have done your inflammatory markers and stool test? Also give a brief about your diet & lifestyle. It could be indigestion or worm infestation.

Hey there! I get how frustrating it must be to deal with ongoing stomach issues and inflammable bowel, also known as bloating. First off, its important to keep in mind I'm not gonna suggest something that replaces urgent medical advice, okay? With that in mind, let's dive into some things you might try based on Ayurveda. Seems like your agni (digestive fire) could use a bit of balance. When it’s weak, you get symptoms like you’re describing. So, a good step is to look at when and what you eat. Maybe give your main meals at regular times a try, and make lunch the biggest one, when digestion is strongest. For the gas and bloating, you might test out sipping warm water or herbal teas throughout the day, like ginger or cumin. They’re known in Ayurveda for soothing the gut, and ginger is a great digestive aid. Just slice a few ginger pieces and boil them in water for a simple tea. Also, consider light, easy-to-digest foods like kitchari. It's a mix of rice and mung beans, spices like cumin, ginger, and turmeric. Cook them together with lots of water until it's soft. This helps minimize stress on your digestion while providing nutrition. In terms of lifestyle, a simple thing like deep and slow breathing can sometimes ease stomach tension. Just spend a few minutes doing it when you an take a break. I’d also say maybe keep a food diary for a bit? Note what you eat and how you feel, to identify potential triggers that might worsen symptoms. Avoid processed and excessively cold foods, they tend to sluggish your digestion. If things are not getting better or worsen, please don’t hesitate to follow up with your doctor. Prioritizing your health’s super crucial!
