1. Food Tips:
Eat simple foods like rice, lentils, and steamed vegetables.
Add ghee, nuts, and seeds like flaxseeds for strength.
Avoid fried, sugary, and packaged foods.
Drink warm water often to help with constipation.
Have buttermilk with a little cumin powder after meals for digestion.
2. Medicine Support:
(Only to be taken if your digestion is good and there is no acidity, bloating , constipation etc)
Kauncha Pak: 1 tsp with warm milk at night for strength and energy.

Firstly ur sugar level should be in control then your problem will be reduced .
Repeated sugar fluctuations may lead to headache even ur constipation also may be reason for headache
Avoid sweet oily food
Avoid banana sapato custard apple mango jackfruit
Little u can take watermelon
No fruit juice
Avoid this vegetables Sweet potato, potato, brinjal
Try millets
1) avipattikara choorna 1/2tsf -0-1/2tsf with first bolus food
2) karela jamun juice 20ml with glass warm water at early morning in empty stomach
3) shilajit gold 1-0-1 after food
4) Ashwagandha cap 1-0-1 after food

For Blood Sugar Balance: include Bitter and Astringent Foods: Include bitter gourd, fenugreek, and leafy greens which help balance blood sugar.Whole Grains: Use barley or quinoa instead of refined grains. Spices: Incorporate turmeric, cinnamon, and ginger in your meals to improve metabolism and circulation.
Warm, Cooked Foods: Favor soups, stews, and lightly spiced dals which are easier on digestion.
Include fruits like apples and pears with the skin (if tolerated) and drink warm water or herbal teas throughout the day
