Hello Mona, May be it's due to have poor circulation & Hb is not in normal range. Take good amount vegetables and fruits and green leafy vegetables. Do walking everyday atleast 30 mins. Massage your foot with ksheera bala taila and soak in hot water with epsom salts daily atleast 15 days. 1) Drakshasava 10ml-0-10ml with 10ml water after food 2) syrup cardorium plus 5ml-5ml-5ml with 5ml water after food. Thank you.

Hi Mona, Have you ruled out any involvement of ear or neck especially the cervical region, as usually dizziness can also be associated with inner ear imbalances or cervical pathologies. Hb is slightly low but may not cause severe dizziness. When did the symptoms start exactly?

Hi Mona, I'm sorry you're feeling this way. To better understand, do you experience dizziness while standing up, or does it happen throughout the day? Do you have any other symptoms, like headaches, blurred vision, or trouble concentrating? Also, does your fatigue worsen at certain times of the day? With a hemoglobin level of 11, you may have mild anemia, which could be contributing to your dizziness and fatigue. To boost iron levels, try consuming Guduchi (Tinospora) and Ashwagandha, which can help support overall energy. Additionally, Amla (Indian gooseberry) can improve your iron absorption. For eye floaters, Triphala may help maintain eye health. To reduce tension, try deep breathing exercises, and ensure you’re eating iron-rich foods like spinach, lentils, and beets. Always consult with a healthcare provider to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan.

Your symptoms of dizziness, leg pain, fatigue, and eye floaters indicate that your body might be experiencing weakness and poor circulation. Since your hemoglobin is 11, it is slightly lower than the optimal range, which can contribute to these issues. 1. Ashwagandha Capsules – 1 capsule once a day with milk or warm water 2. Drakshasava – 2 tablespoons with equal water after meals, twice a day Eat leafy greens, dates, pomegranate, and jaggery Avoid tea, coffee, and processed foods Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated Get enough sleep and manage stress with meditation or deep breathing Engage in light physical activity like walking .practice pranayama and Surya Namaskar Let me know after 7 days if symptoms doesn’t subsidie with following the above we can go for other investigations
