No pain in the abdomen and I usually pass gas but now with the blooting I don't pass gas the way I used to pass over the years Just feeling a burning sensation but from far Colour of stool is sometimes kinder black but not that black or other time normal colour so it's something that changes .The odour isn't that bad or not the one that can make other people to wonder what's all that smell for

Okay, thanks You said stools are Black sometimes which might be because of internal bleeding. I would suggest you to get one endoscopy done. My advise- Please focus on diet. Try keeping it warm, comfortable, soft, healthy, with low spice and salt such as kichdi, dal rice, vegetable stew, etc. Avoid junk food completely, No oily deep fried items. No maida based items. Medicene- Tab. Vayu Gulika (1-0-1) after food for bloating, helps to pass gas, Powder. Hingwastaka churna(0-5gms-0) with buttermilk after food Helps to reduce bloating and improves digestion.

Hello Felix, Have you had any recent tests, such as stool analysis, blood work, or an endoscopy to check for conditions like Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), food intolerances, or infections? Are there specific foods that trigger your symptoms more than others? How is your stress level, as emotional factors can also significantly impact digestive health? It would also be helpful to know if you've noticed any weight changes, fatigue, or other systemic symptoms like skin issues or joint pain, which could point to underlying conditions.
