**Namaste!** Based on your symptoms, your muscle pain and body aches are likely due to **improper Agni (digestive strength)**. Once your acidity is treated, these issues should gradually resolve. Below is an effective Ayurvedic treatment plan for your condition. **Ayurvedic Medications:** 1. **Tablet Alserex** – 1 tablet twice daily 2. Mix Powders - **Avipattikar Churna** – 50 gm - **Praval Pishti** – 5 gm - **Punarnava Mandoor** – 5 gm - **Shankh Bhasma** – 5 gm - **Dosage:** ½ teaspoon with lukewarm water before meals 3. **Brahmi Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily ### **Dietary & Lifestyle Recommendations:** ✅ **Foods to Avoid:** Spicy, oily, fermented, and sour foods. ✅ **Recommended Foods:** Buttermilk, coconut water, boiled vegetables, and moong dal. ✅ **Hydration:** Drink warm water throughout the day. ✅ **Beverages to Avoid:** Tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks. ✅ **Post-Meal Care:** Do not lie down immediately after eating; maintain a **2-3 hour gap** between meals and bedtime. ✅ **pranayama-:** Practice **Anulom Vilom and Bhastrika Pranayama** to relieve chest tightness. ✅ **Yoga :** **Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, Ustrasana** to support digestion. ✅ **Massage Therapy:** **Abhyanga (oil massage)** with sesame oil to reduce muscle pain and body stiffness.
