About acidity and h pylori infection - #20235

Hi I am suffering from h pylori bacterial infection along with severe acidity problem with breathing problem in the middle of the chest , muscles pain,theeth , shoulder pain overall facial and whole body getting pain from three months. Please suggest me to overcome out of this problem. One more thing there is always heaviness in left side chest , burning sensation in left side hand

**Ayurvedic Medications:**
1. **Tablet Alserex** – 1 tablet twice daily
2. Mix Powders
- **Avipattikar Churna** – 50 gm
- **Praval Pishti** – 5 gm
- **Punarnava Mandoor** – 5 gm
- **Shankh Bhasma** – 5 gm
- **Dosage:** ½ teaspoon with lukewarm water before meals
3. **Brahmi Vati** – 1 tablet twice daily

✅ **Foods to Avoid:** Spicy, oily, fermented, and sour foods.
✅ **Recommended Foods:** Buttermilk, coconut water, boiled vegetables, and moong dal.

✅ **Beverages to Avoid:** Tea, coffee, and carbonated drinks.
✅ **Post-Meal Care:** Do not lie down immediately after eating; maintain a **2-3 hour gap** between meals and bedtime.
✅ **pranayama-:** Practice **Anulom Vilom and Bhastrika Pranayama** to relieve chest tightness.
✅ **Yoga :** **Pawanmuktasana, Vajrasana, Ustrasana** to support digestion.
✅ **Massage Therapy:** **Abhyanga (oil massage)** with sesame oil to reduce muscle pain and body stiffness.
