Namaste 🙏, how do I reduce inflammation? - #20323

MODOOSOODUN NARAIN

I've observed that since my diet and life style have changed, I'm having infections more easily, my wounds are taking a bit longer to heal and indigestion issues. I'm not sure about it, just guessing that it maybe because of high inflammation or something. It's been 7 years since I'm married and for the last 7 years I'm eating more like fast food less veggies and greens, and I'm not performing any physical activities either. I've regularly test my diabetes, it is withing the range always. Also, I am have psoriasis and recently suffered from bell's palsy. These maybe because of stress. I have had some rather tough ride recently. Thank you very much for the wonderful job tou are doing. I pray that Mahadev bless you guys. Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam 🙏
