I have gained comprehensive clinical experience through my internship and professional duties, which has laid a strong foundation for my medical practice. During my internship, I worked extensively across multiple departments, including casualty, general medicine, general surgery, and obstetrics & gynecology at the Government District Hospital, Gadag. This exposure allowed me to handle a variety of acute and chronic cases, sharpen my clinical assessment skills, and actively participate in patient management under the guidance of senior medical professionals. Following this, I served as a duty doctor at AYUSH Hospital, Gadag Betgeri, where I applied my Ayurvedic knowledge in a clinical setting and contributed to patient care in both outpatient and inpatient departments. I successfully completed 366 days of rigorous internship training at DGM Ayurvedic Medical College and Hospital, Gadag, where I was involved in patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning under supervision. My time there allowed me to integrate classical Ayurvedic principles with practical patient care while developing a keen understanding of hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaboration. These experiences have enhanced my ability to handle diverse medical conditions confidently while maintaining a patient-centered approach. I am dedicated to continuing my journey as an Ayurvedic practitioner with the same passion and commitment, focusing on delivering quality, evidence-based, and holistic healthcare.

Dealing with PCOD and wanting to conceive can be quite a confusing ride, but don’t worry, there’s ways we can tackle this from an Ayurvedic perspective. First thing, in Ayurveda, we often look at PCOD as a vata and kapha imbalance, which kinda slows everything down. With that in mind, it's essential to focus on balancing these doshas to promote fertility. One of the first steps is diet. Try to emphasize warm, cooked foods and avoid anything cold and raw that could elevate vata dosha. Think about incorporating more whole grains, green leafy vegetables, turmeric, and ginger - known for balancing the hormonal system. You could also use ashwagandha. It's pretty effective for regulating hormone levels over time. Regarding the thin endometrium lining and low estrogen, maybe - and this is totally not a one-size-fits-all thing - adding good fats like ghee and nuts can help nourish the tissues (dhatus). Also, sesame seeds are a nice natural source of lignans and phytoestrogens. Maybe throw some into the diet? Your menstrual cycle with low flow could be showing compromised rasa dhatu, so definitely increase hydration and try having some aloe vera juice daily to encourage a healthy flow. A lifestyle that focuses on reducing stress is gonna be so important, because stress and vata dosha love throwing things off balance. Maybe you're into yoga or meditation? Pranayama could work wonders, it's excellent for calming the mind and body. Another thing is looking after your digestive fire, agni, which is fundamental in Ayurveda. Sip on warm water throughout the day. It'll help with that too. Make sure your meals are regular and not too heavy. Don’t forget to check with an Ayurvedic practitioner who can provide a tailored plan. You gotta see professional help if you feel uncertain. This could be a step-by-step process, so hang in there.
