It sounds like you’re dealing with quite a tough combo of spondylosis, sleep troubles, and some blood pressure fluctuations. When all this hits at once, yeah, it can feel like a real mess. Now, let’s dig into this from an Ayurvedic lens.

Firstly, the weakness and that crushing feeling on your head might hint at some Vata imbalance going on. Vata dosha tends to get aggravated with stress, improper sleep, or even from how you sit or stand during the day. Spondylosis might directly be connected to Vata imbalance as well. To tackle this, grounding and calming practices could be your best friends.

You might wanna try Mahanarayan oil for self-massage (abhyanga) – gently applying on your whole body before a warm bath could soothe those muscles and bones, especially focusing on the neck and spine area. Also, this may help your mind unwind a bit too, which could have a spillover effect on your sleep.

When it comes to diet, let’s aim to pacify Vata. Warm, moist foods like stewed apples in the morning or something like a nice warm khichari could be good. And herbal teas, with a dash of ginger or chamomile, could settle your system a bit before bed – and man, you wanna ditch heavy, late dinners that mess with your digestion.

About the altered blood pressure and that struggle breathing, though, need extra caution. I would definitely recommend getting that thoroughly checked by your doc since it could be heart related, or something respiratory. You know, Ayurveda can help with support and balance but don’t risk it if there’s a chance of something immediately needing medical attention.

For sleep, a routine can be magic – going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, some gentle yoga stretches or a bit of pranayama can also calm the nerves. Yet again, check in with a health professional regarding any breathing problems you got. This isn’t something to take lightly cause it relates to your well-being.

Let me know if there’s anything more specific you wanna explore in Ayurveda or if something here needs more explaining – always happy to help you on this journey.
