What is the best remedy for stone in kidney, I'm suffering from and using homeopathy treatment but not working on me, tried allopathic medicine too both failed please helop me if it is possible in ayurvedic treatment

In Ayurveda kidney stone is categorised under Ashta mahagada Which means it is considered one of the most difficult disease if not manage properly The term mutra means urine and Ash ashmari means stone thus Mutra ashmari is a condition where solid stone like formation or developed in the urinary track due to imbalance in dosha mainly vata and kapha The main causes are excessive consumption of dry, spicy and salty foods, drinking less water, suppression of natural urges like urination , sedentary lifestyle, high protein, diet, or irregular food habits.. Over time, these factors leads to imbalance in vata which dries up the kapha and pitta In the urinary tract, leading to crystallisation and formation of stones Symptoms like sharp or dull pain in the lower abdomen, back or sides, burning, or difficulty in urination blood in urine, nausea, vomiting, frequent or abstracted urination can be seen In Ayurveda, we concentrate on two factors first is removing or dissolving the stone and second is preventing recurrence by correcting lifestyle and diet Medicine like VarunAdhi kwatha, gokshura guggulu, Punarnava mandoora Chandraprabha vati can be taken twice daily after food Chandana Sava 4 teaspoon with equal quantity of water twice daily after food can be taken if symptoms process even after taking medicine, then it’s better to offer Pancha Karma therapy where virechana - to eliminate accumulated pitta toxins Basti-particularly effective in managing vata type stones Uttar basti- specialised urinary tract, detox for recurring or stuck stones Your dad also plays an important role, both treatment and prevention wise, so include coconut water, which will act as an natural diuretic and soothing barley, water, fresh sugarCaine juice warm water infused with cumin coriander fennel Fruits like watermelon, cucumber, pomegranate Avoid excessive salt, pickles, spicy or fried food, animal proteins, especially meat, spinach, tomatoes, brinjal Carbonated, drinks, and preserved juices Avoid holding urine or suppressing natural urges Lifestyle modification Drink at least 3 to 4 L of clean water daily unless restricted avoid sedentary lifestyle practice, yoga like Pavanaja Mukta Sana bujanasana Avoid stress and over exertion At least try this for six weeks minimum with a regular review. According to Ayurveda kidney stones are due to imbalance in vata and kapha leading to poor digestion, improper metabolism and accumulation of toxins/minerals in the urinary system If you if you tell exactly the sizes of the kidney stones, then it will be easy for us to prepare treatment plan and diet chart Usually less than 6 mm stones are treated easily without any surgery, But usually more than 6 mm as they as it will be difficult to come from the ureters sometimes it becomes difficult, so share your proper ultrasound scan report, so I can guide you properly
