Namste vinodini Thank you for sharing your concern I completely understand how worrisome it can be to notice a lamb when it causes unusual symptoms like burping upon touch I want to assure you that you have taken the right step by seeking a natural and holistic approach through Ayurveda From your description appears that the lump is likely related to an imbalance in your digestive system, particularly involving the PITTA Disha and Dana vayu In Ayurveda, the gallbladder and liver are closely connected with pitta and any obstruction or information in this area can manifest as pressure, distension, or unusual sensations like burping, even in the absence of pain A non-painful with pressure triggered by burp, indicate - Ama ( toxic build up) In the gallbladder or liver region Pitta- vata imbalance, causing gaseous accumulation, or lymphatic congestion Possibly a localised granthi ( benign lump) or a lymphatic node affected by chronic digestive disturbance Ayurvedic management plan Start your mornings with warm water and a pinch of dry ginger powder. This helps digest accumulated toxins and reduce internal inflammation. Bhoomiamla, Klamath and sharpunkha- or excellent herbs to cleanse the liver and reduce congestion in the gallbladder You can take powder for mixed with warm water daily once Avipattikara churna- 1/2 tsp before meals This classical Ayurvedic medicine help regulate bile flow and dissolve obstructions Daily gently massage with castor oil over the lump area which can improve lymphatic drainage and soften any granthi or swelling Avoid oily fried, spicy, heavy to digest foods Include bitter vegetables, warm soups, moong dal and fruits like papaya and pomegranate Drink warm water throughout the day While Ayurveda addresses the root cause, I can recommend a basic ultrasound of the abdomen recently, it has not been done. Please don’t be fearful. Many such conditions are reversible with consistent Ayurvedic care, dietary changes and emotional grounding. I am here to support you completely on this journey. Swarthya bhavatu- may you be blessed with vibrant health

thanks for sharing your concern a lump that is painless but causes burping when touched and has been since a year definitely needs careful attention will suggest you to see a general physician or gastroenterologist get an scan for abdomen if gallbladder pathology suspected blood test for liver function test, pancreatic enzymes and infection markers possible causes can be gallbladder issue, hernias(like epigastric or umbilical), lipoma or cyst, less comonly tumor avoid self massage or pressing get yourself checked first as diagnosis is very important before taking any treatment

Considering the location of the lump under your jawline and the reaction, such as burping when you touch it, it seems unusual and warrants a closer look. While your homeopathy doctors have suggested it may be related to the gallbladder, it's essential to consult a medical professional, ideally an ENT specialist or your general physician, to rule out any potential serious conditions that might require conventional medical intervention. In Ayurveda, lumps like these might be categorized under ganda or granthi, usually the result of an imbalance in kapha dosha that can cause tissue accumulation or blockage. If it's not requiring immediate medical treatment, you can start with some gentle Ayurvedic practices aimed at balancing kapha and improving lymphatic health. Firstly, considering diet, opt for meals that are light and easy to digest, focusing on warm, cooked foods. Reduce intake of dairy, heavy, and oily foods which typically increase kapha. Spices like ginger, black pepper, and turmeric can be particularly helpful. They're warming and facilitate digestion — just try adding them in small quantities to your meals. Importantly, stay well hydrated; lukewarm water throughout the day supports digestion and helps flush toxins. Commence each morning with a cup of hot water with lemon, which can aid in cleansing. In terms of lifestyle, regular yoga, focusing on asanas like Matsyasana (Fish Pose), Bharadvajasana (Twist), and chest-opening exercises can support lymphatic flow. Even regular, brisk walking for at least 30 minutes a day can help stimulate circulation and digestion. Additionally, consider gentle self-massage with warm sesame oil, especially around the neck and lymph areas, taking care not to over-manipulate the lump itself. Always use gentle strokes directed toward the heart, as this can encourage lymphatic drainage. Remember, persistent changes should evolve slowly over time. However, since this lump has been present for an extended period, it's crucial to rely on professional examinations to ensure all necessary medical follow-ups are adequately handled. Never ignore serious symptoms; should anything unusual occur or the lump change, seek conventional medical attention immediately.
