Nagarjuna Balaashwagandhaadi Thailam - #34856
I am really struggling with this persistent fatigue and anxiety and I’m starting to think about trying something new, like Nagarjuna Balaashwagandhaadi Thailam. I mean, I’ve been feeling run down for months now, working long hours and juggling everything, and it’s just taking a toll. The doctor checks my thyroid and other tests, but everything comes back normal, which is frustrating. I heard about this thailam from a friend who's used it with great results for stress, and I've read a little about it potentially helping with mental clarity and relaxation. However, I’m not really sure how to use it or if it’s even what I need! Do I just apply it on my skin, or is it meant to be taken in different ways? Last week, I tried a little just on my wrists, but nothing happened right away, and I worried I’m not using it correctly. I’ve also been dealing with some mild aches and it's like my body just wants to shut down sometimes, which is where I thought maybe this could help too. Has anyone here had experience with Nagarjuna Balaashwagandhaadi Thailam for these kind of issues? Should I stick to using it daily or is there something I should combine it with?
