I am feeling really confused about something and hope you all can help. Few weeks back, I tried some fresh sugarcane juice at a local market, and honestly, it was sooo delicious! But then I started to wonder... is sugarcane juice good for health? Like, I’ve heard some stuff about it being natural and all that, but what if all that sugar in it isn't good for me? Sometimes I feel super energized after drinking it, but then I get worried I might have too much sugar in my diet already with other things! I've also read that it can help with digestion or something, and I’d love to know more about that. Last week, I had some minor digestive issues, and I’m not sure if it could be linked to my sugar intake from the sugarcane juice or if I’m overthinking this. Like, should I drink it regularly? Or is there a limit on how much is okay? This whole thing just has me second-guessing, ugh! I’m trying to eat healthier, but at the same time, I don’t want to miss out on something that tastes so good! Is sugarcane juice good for health overall, or should I be a little cautious with it?
