I am really struggling with figuring out how to consume apple cider vinegar. It all started a few months ago when my friend told me about its benefits for digestion and weight loss. I thought, why not? I tried taking it straight, but wow, that was brutal! I felt it in my throat for hours!!! Then I read somewhere that you should dilute it, but how much?? I tried mixing a tablespoon with water a couple of times, but I still didn't like the taste. Sometimes I throw a bit of honey in there, but it still kinda tastes weird to me. I haven't been very consistent since I've been worried about the effects on my teeth, too. I like the idea of using it in salad dressings, but I’m scared it won’t be as effective if I don't take it straight or whatever. Like, how much should I really be consuming daily? And, is there a best time to do it? I want to make sure I'm doing all the right things. My energy levels have been kind of low and I wonder if this vinegar will help. Just not sure how to consume apple cider vinegar properly to get the best results. Any tips or personal experiences would be super helpful! Thank you!
