I am really struggling to figure out which juice is good for health, and it's driving me a bit crazy. Like, last month, I tried this green juice with kale and cucumber ‘cause everyone says it’s super good, but honestly, I felt nauseous afterward. Then I thought maybe orange juice would be better, but now I’m worried about all that sugar in it. Recently, my sister told me pomegranate juice is amazing – she swears by it for her skin, but I'm not sure about the whole health aspect, ya know? I went for a health checkup last week and my doctor mentioned I should up my antioxidant intake but didn’t say much about juices. I wanna know, which juice is good for health specifically? Is there a certain kind that helps with digestion or boosting immunity or something? Also, should I be looking at fresh juices or those bottled ones? I heard they can have additives which can kinda ruin the health benefits. Super confusing! Anyone have solid advice or personal experiences to share about which juice is good for health?
