I am kinda confused about how much papaya should I eat per day. I've been trying to eat healthier, you know, and papaya is one of those fruits that everyone raves about... but I'm worried about overdoing it. Last week, I ate like half a medium papaya in one go because I heard it's good for digestion and has a lot of vitamins. But then, I felt kinda bloaty later and wondered if I went overboard? I read somewhere online that too much papaya can have side effects, but I thought it was like super healthy? My friend said it’s great for skin too! I also started getting these weird cravings, and I'm not sure if it's connected to eating papaya so much or if it's just me. Honestly, I just want to make sure I'm eating the right amount.
