I am really confused about this whole thing with fruits and whether or not “can we eat fruits in empty stomach.” Like, I always thought fruits were super healthy, but my friend told me it can mess up your stomach if you eat them on an empty stomach. So, I've been avoiding it. Lately tho, I've had this weird bloating after breakfast, which is typically yogurt with some fruits, but I NEVER had this issue before! Earlier this week, I tried having a banana on its own first thing in the morning—kind of thinking it might perk me up, you know? But then my stomach felt kinda off, like just really heavy, and I had to reach for some ginger tea for relief later on. Is that the fruits fault? Or what if I eat them after something else but before my meal, is that still bad? I want to like, get the best out of my food, but now I'm questioning everything! I've tried searching online, but the answers seem conflicting. Some say fruits in empty stomach are great, others completely disagree. Anyone have insights on if “can we eat fruits in empty stomach” is really a matter of personal experience? I really don't want to keep feeling bloated, and my gut is getting too moody!
