I am really unsure about my nighttime routine lately. I've been hearing so much about how healthy beetroot juice is, and I’ve been thinking if I can drink beetroot juice at night. A few weeks ago, I started juicing beets because I read they help with circulation and energy levels. My energy has been pretty low, especially after work, and I thought maybe this would help. But then, whenever I drink beetroot juice in the morning, I feel pretty good throughout the day! Now I’m wondering, can I drink beetroot juice at night too? My friend said it can affect sleep or digestion somehow, but I don’t know. Really, I just switch my juice time to the evening since I forget in the morning. And then there’s the whole thing about it being a detox – like, is it too heavy to drink so late in the day? There’s this nagging feeling that maybe drinking beetroot juice at night could lead to some weird dreams or waking up in the middle of the night or something. Also, I’ve noticed my urine gets really red after drinking beetroot juice, and I'm not sure if I should be worried about that either. Can you guys help clear this up? Like, is it totally fine or do I need to rethink my nighttime health habits?
