I am really trying to shed some pounds since I've noticed I've gained more weight than I'm comfortable with, especially around my belly area. A friend mentioned something about how is mosambi juice good for weight loss, claiming it's really refreshing and can help with my diet. I've been drinking other juices but not really seen a difference... like, I love fruits and all, but I worry I'm consuming more sugar than I should. Last week, I made a batch of mosambi juice, thinking it would help. It was super tasty! I was thinking maybe if is mosambi juice good for weight loss, I could just keep it as a part of my daily routine? But I’ve also heard that some fruit juices can just be as calorie-heavy as sodas, which kinda freaks me out. Should I be worried about that? I mean, is mosambi juice good for weight loss or am I better off sticking to whole fruits? I do exercise a couple of times a week but sometimes I feel like I should be doing more. Just wondering if this juice could actually help or if it’s just another thing that sounds good but doesn’t really work? Any thoughts?
