I am really confused about honey, like which honey is pure? The other day, I bought this jar of “organic wildflower honey” from a local farmers market because it looked nice and all. But when I got home and tasted it, it felt way too sweet and something about it just doesn't sit right with me. I've heard stories about how some brands mix in sugar or even corn syrup, sooo besides looking at the label, how do I really know which honey is pure? I remember my grandma used to have this thick, rich honey that sat in her cupboard for years and never changed. It was like gold! I wish I could find out what she used back then. I tried doing some tests; like dissolving a spoonful in water or checking if it crystallizes. But still, I’m stuck here thinking “which honey is pure?” and it’s stressing me out a bit. Also, is there a specific type or brand you guys recommend that actually guarantees purity? Like do certain regions produce better honey? Or should I just stick to “local” honey? Any advice on this would be super helpful because I really want to avoid the fake stuff!
