I heard mixed things from friends; some say it's healthy, but I also read online that drinking sugarcane juice in empty stomach might not be the best idea for everyone. Can drinking sugarcane juice in empty stomach really affect blood sugar levels? Like, I felt a bit weird afterwards, but isn't drinking sugarcane juice supposed to be good for digestion? I’d like to know, what happens if we drink sugarcane juice in empty stomach? Does it really spike your insulin or something?
