I am feeling kind of confused about my diet lately, especially with fresh juices. Like, I love drinking mosambi juice in the mornings – it really refreshes me! But, I tried looking up how many calories in mosambi juice and got different answers everywhere! Some say it’s like 40 calories per 100ml, but then I saw other things claiming it could be more, or less, or just wrong! I’ve been trying to lose a bit of weight, and I don’t want to mess up my progress by drinking too much of it, ya know? Also, I sometimes make it with added sugar or honey, which I feel guilty about. To be honest, I’m not even sure how many calories I’m actually ingesting when I do that! Should I even be adding sweeteners? And if mosambi juice is low in calories, are there benefits from drinking it? I’ve heard it's good for digestion, but does that matter if I’m worried about calories? Would love some clarity on this!
