I am really curious about this because I've heard mixed things. A few weeks ago, I started drinking sugarcane juice daily after a friend recommended it. He was raving about how energized he felt, and honestly, I thought it tasted amazing! But then I started to wonder, is drinking sugarcane juice daily good for health? To be honest, I’ve noticed some changes. My digestion feels better sometimes, but I also feel like my energy spikes and then crashes later on. I’m not sure if that’s normal or if I should be worried.
