I am trying to figure out how to increase mood in male family member lately. My brother’s been really down for the past few months, like maybe almost since he lost his job. At first, it was just a little stress, but now it seems like it’s affecting everything — he’s just not himself anymore. He used to be this outgoing, fun guy, but now he barely smiles or hangs out with anyone. I mean, he’s had trouble sleeping too, and there are days he just doesn’t want to eat, which is so not him!
