I am really curious about something I’ve been hearing a lot lately. For the past few months, I’ve started juicing as part of my new health kick, and beetroot juice has been a major part of it. I read somewhere that beetroot is supposed to be great for your blood pressure and stamina, but I can’t help but wonder, can I drink beetroot juice everyday? I mean, I’ve been feeling more energetic, which is nice, but I also worry if I’m doing too much of a good thing. Sometimes, I get this weird tingling feeling in my fingers after downing a large glass of beetroot juice—like, could that be normal? I’ve mentioned it to friends, and they just laugh about “beet juice vibes” or whatever, but I want to make sure I’m not overdoing it. Also, I have some slight digestive issues, and I’ve read that excess beetroot juice might cause cramping or stomach upset for some people. Can I drink beetroot juice everyday without those risks? Trying to balance this health journey is kinda overwhelming, and I just want to make sure I’m doing it right. Any thoughts?
