I am wondering about this whole sugarcane juice thing. Last week, I got really curious after reading some articles about how sugarcane juice is apparently a super healthy drink. I mean, I've tried it a few times at fairs, but never really thought about having it seriously until I talked to a friend who says that she drinks it every morning and feels amazing! I started to think, what are the benefits of drinking sugarcane juice? Like, is it really as good as my friend says? I noticed sometimes after a heavy meal, I feel kind of sluggish, and I've heard sugarcane juice can help with digestion. But at the same time, I've read mixed things about sugar content, which is concerning. Should I worry about that? I normally don't drink juices much, mostly just water, but I feel like maybe adding something like sugarcane juice could help with my energy levels or maybe even my skin, which has been kinda dull lately. Also, can it really help with weight loss or detoxing? I really want to try it but I'm kinda hesitant. Any thoughts on what are the benefits of drinking sugarcane juice might be? Thanks!!
