I am feeling really weak lately and not sure what to do about it. Went to the doc and they said I'm a bit anemic, but didn’t give me much info on how to boost my energy other than the usual iron supplements. It got me thinking on more natural ways, you know? I’ve read that certain drinks can help, but which juice is best for weakness? Like, I mean, I've been trying to up my game with fruits and veggies but still draggin' through the day. The other day, I made a carrot and orange juice combo because I heard carrots are good for vitality and oranges are packed with Vitamin C. But honestly, I felt like it didn’t make much of a difference. I worry if I'm missing out on, like, something really effective. Should I be focusing on green juices or is there something else that packs a punch? I wanna make sure I’m getting the most out of what I drink—like, is there a particular juice combo that really helps energize, especially for someone who's feeling weak?
