I am really struggling with my weight lately, and I've heard that kalonji seeds could help with that, but honestly, I'm kinda lost on how to incorporate them into my diet. A friend mentioned how to eat kalonji seeds for weight loss, but I don't wanna mess it up or be doing it wrong. I mean, I tried adding them to my smoothies last week, but it was just weird. They made everything taste kinda…off? 😕 Also, I read somewhere that you can mix them with honey or something, but isn’t that counterproductive considering I’m trying to lose weight? Like, is there a specific way or time when I should be eating them?
