I am really confused about this whole medha vati thing. Been hearing lots of good stuff about it from friends, and I wanted to try it since I’ve been feeling scatterbrained lately — like, I can’t focus on anything for too long. I read somewhere that medha vati is supposed to help with mental clarity and concentration. Anyone else experienced that? Anyway, I started taking it a couple of weeks ago. The first few days were great! I felt more alert and started getting things done, but now I feel kinda unsure. Like, how long medha vati can be taken safely? I mean, I don't want to rely on it forever, right? I asked a local Ayurvedic doc, but they said something about cycling medications, which confused me more. How do you even do that with medha vati? 😩 I’m also worried, like, what if I stop taking it and I just go back to feeling lost and unfocused?
