I am struggling a lot with my weight lately, and a friend mentioned medohar guggulu for weight loss. I honestly don't know much about it, and I keep second-guessing myself. I've tried various diets and workouts but nothing seems to stick. I went to the doc and they said my metabolism is kinda slow, which is super frustrating! I read that medohar guggulu could help boost metabolism and support weight loss, but the whole thing feels overwhelming. Like, do I need to take it with something? How to take medohar guggulu for weight loss? I mean, I read it can be effective, but the instructions on some websites are kinda all over the place. Do I take it before meals, after meals, or with water?? Some people say to take it in the morning, but others swear by taking it in the evening. It’s making me confused!!! And also, how much should I be taking? I’m just really hoping this helps me because I’ve got a wedding coming up, and I want to feel good in my dress!
