I am really worried about my health lately. I have been feeling a bit lethargic and my digestion seems off. A friend of mine mentioned that amla is good for health and swears by it but I honestly have no idea how effective it really is. Last week, I even googled “is amla good for health” and found a bunch of info, but I’m still confused. Like, does it actually help with energy levels or digestion? I've been battling these weird stomach pains after meals, I suspect it's something I'm eating, but the bloating's discouraging. I also hear it’s packed with vitamin C and antioxidants, which sounds great, but is that enough for someone like me who's just feeling blah all the time? Oh, and another thing, can amla interact with any of the meds I’m on? Because that could be a dealbreaker, you know? I kinda want to make it part of my daily routine but if “is amla good for health” isn’t a clear yes, I don't want to waste my time.
