I am really struggling with feelings of overwhelm and constant worries lately. Like, just yesterday I found myself getting stressed out over little things at work—my deadline was creeping up, and I couldn’t focus! This feeling of anxiety isn’t new for me, but it seems to be getting worse. Been having trouble sleeping too, which doesn't help in daytime. Every time I try to calm myself down, it feels like the stress just creeps back in. A friend suggested some natural remedies, but I have no idea what is the best medicine for stress and anxiety when it comes to Ayurveda. I mean, could a combination of herbs or oils really make a difference? I read a bit about ashwagandha and tulsi, but are they effective? Like, what is the best medicine for stress and anxiety in this context? I guess I'm just looking for something I can incorporate into my daily routine, maybe even something simple. I wouldn’t mind trying tea or whatever but wondering if it actually helps or if it's just hype? Any advice on what is the best medicine for stress and anxiety would be truly appreciated!
