I am really struggling with my focus and memory lately. For context, I’m juggling work, family, and studies, and it’s like my brain is running on empty, you know? Some friends suggested trying shankhpushpi syrup—apparently, it’s good for boosting mental clarity and concentration. But here’s where I get confused. How to take shankhpushpi syrup? Like, do I take it with water or milk? Do I need to measure how much I take or just guess? Tried looking it up, but there’s a lot of conflicting info out there. Can too much of it be harmful? I read somewhere to start slow, but does that mean a tiny drop? I honestly don’t even remember what I read exactly 😂.
