For a lighter morning routine, you may consider riced-porridge water or kanji as a drink, though this approach would generally suit those accustomed to such dietary practices or have specific digestive needs.

Maintain awareness of how you feel energetically and digestively, allowing your body’s feedback to guide your decisions about whether porridge works better as your substantial breakfast or a lighter drink.
