I am trying to figure out how much karela juice to drink everyday because I've been feeling kinda off lately. Just a few weeks ago, I heard from a friend that karela juice can help with blood sugar levels, which is something I’ve been trying to manage since my last check-up showed elevated numbers. I thought, why not give it a shot? So, I started drinking it in the mornings. Like, pure karela juice, no sugar, no mixing—just the real stuff. And wow, it’s a bit bitter, I gotta say! At first, I thought I could handle a whole cup, but after a few days, the bitterness was kinda getting to me. I’m not a big fan of bitter things. I mean, I’ve managed to do about 100 mL each morning, but I’m not sure if that’s too much or not enough, you know? I read somewhere online that some people drink, like, a few tablespoons, while others go for a full glass. What’s the best amount, really? Should I stick with what I'm doing or scale it up, or maybe even down? Also, any tips on making it taste better would be great!
