Aapki sthiti samajhne yogya hai, aur Ayurveda mein aise maamlon ka ilaj bahut samyak roop se kiya ja sakta hai. Aapke vajan aur neend se sambandhit samasyaon ko sambodhit karte hue, hum kuch ayurvedic upaay de rahe hain jo aap apne dinacharya mein shamil kar sakte hain.
