I am really stuck and need your help, guys. A few months ago, I started experiencing some serious stress and anxiety, like, just overwhelming. I heard about this Ayurvedic remedy called mukta vati from a friend, and honestly, it sounded pretty promising. I read online that it can help with hypertension and anxiety, so I decided to give it a shot. But here’s the thing, it’s been like two weeks since I started taking mukta vati, and I’m kind of wondering, how long does mukta vati take to work? I expected to feel some sort of relief by now, but I’m still dealing with those racing thoughts and my blood pressure is still a bit high. I even checked, and it was like 140/90 the other day, which is not great. I really want to trust the process but again, I feel like I’m kinda lost here. Should I be feeling better by now? Or does it really take longer for mukta vati to show its effects? I didn’t wanna take any other meds, but if this doesn’t improve soon, I don’t know what I’ll do. Ugh, just feeling super frustrated.
