I am really struggling with my weight loss journey lately, and I've been hearing so much about isabgol and its benefits. A few weeks ago, I decided to adopt a healthier lifestyle – working out more, eating better, all that jazz. But I keep hitting a wall, and it’s just super frustrating! I tried mixing it with water once, but it was kinda weird and I didn't feel like it helped.
