I am really confused about something that’s been bothering me, like, I’ve heard different things from friends and online. I’ve been trying to be more healthy and incorporate traditional foods into my diet. So, a couple of weeks ago, I started eating more dairy, especially since I heard that things like curd and yogurt are good for digestion. But now I’m wondering, is curd and yogurt same? I always thought they were interchangeable, but my neighbor was like, “No, they’re totally different!” This made me super unsure. I mean, they both look kinda similar, right? Creamy texture, sour taste. I even tried making some at home, following this old family recipe for curd, and it came out pretty good! But then I wondered, if I end up using yogurt instead of curd in my recipes, is that okay? Would it affects the health benefits I’m trying to achieve? Anyone here can explain if curd and yogurt same thing? Are they both beneficial the same way? I just wanna make sure I know what to use because I’ve been mixing them in smoothies and meals without thinking, and now it's kinda driving me nuts! Thanks for any insights!
