I am really struggling lately with stress and anxiety, feel like it just doesn’t stop. I’ve heard about rudraksha beads and their benefits, but honestly, I’m kinda confused about which rudraksha is best for me. My friend swears by the 5-muka one, but then I read somewhere that a 3-muka could be better for emotional balance? I mean, I don’t know. I went through a bunch of changes recently, lost my job, and I feel like everything's all over the place. I tried meditating to calm my mind, which was recommended, like, everywhere, but the stress still creeps back in. I am curious if wearing a rudraksha could help? I saw some options online but am not sure which rudraksha is best for me and my situation. I had this one friend who was super into spirituality, and she said something about the right rudraksha aligning with your energy?? But what does that even mean? Is there a specific way to figure out which rudraksha I should get? Also, any tips on how to wear it? I just want to feel a bit more grounded and less frantic... any help would be really appreciated!
