You can continue with yograj guggul as before Add mahavatvidhvansh vati 1-0+1 after food with water. If you don’t get relief within 10-12 days then Do Agnikarma treatment at ayurvedic centre will help, recurrence is negligible in this treatment. Wear soft sole comfortable shoes.

Medicines 1 Yograj Guggulu: Continue your current dosage (2 tablets twice daily with warm water). 2 Chandraprabha Vati: 2 tablets twice daily with warm water. 3 Sahacharadi Kashayam: 15ml mixed with 45ml warm water, twice daily before food.

External Therapy Murivenna Thailam: Apply warm oil over the heel and sole. Bandage lightly if possible and leave it overnight.

Ishtika Sweda (Brick Fomentation): Heat a brick or large stone. Wrap it in a thick cotton cloth. Gently press your painful heel over the warm brick for 10-15 minutes daily. This is the most effective specific remedy for heel pain.

Alternative: If a brick is not available, soak your feet in hot water mixed with Crystal Salt for 15 minutes daily.

Dietary Advice Exclusions: Avoid dry and cold foods, peas, potatoes, and bengal gram (Chana).
Inclusions: Use Cow Ghee in your diet. Drink warm water.

Lifestyle Advice Footwear: Wear Microcellular Rubber (MCR) chappals or soft silicone heel cups inside your shoes. Never walk barefoot on hard tiles.
Rest: Limit standing for long durations.

YOUR CONCERN

You are suffering from: Plantar fasciitis (heel pain) Duration: 1–4 weeks Pain triggered by: Walking Already taking: Yograj Guggulu – 2 tabs morning & nigh Have tried physiotherapy

✅ Since this is the initial stage, Ayurveda can give quick and long-lasting relief.

INTERNAL MEDICATION (For pain, inflammation & tissue repair)

✅ Yograj Guggulu may be continued by you, but the dose needs to be changed:

1. Yograj Guggulu – ✅ 1-0-1 after food (Reduces Vata, inflammation & stiffness)

2. Burcalvin – 1-0-1 after food (Superb anti-inflammatory for plantar fasciitis)

3. Rasnaerandadi Kashaya – 15 ml + 15 ml warm water, twice daily before food (Most beneficial for ligaments & heel pain)

4. Godanti Bhasma – 1 pinch twice daily with honey (Removes deep inflammation & pain)

✅ For complete recovery, continue the treatment for 4 weeks

EXTERNAL CARE (MOST IMPORTANT PART)

✅ Daily Heel Therapy (Compulsory): Oil: pinda Taila

Method: Warm the oil slightly Massage heel, sole & ankle for 10–15 minutes After massage → apply hot water fomentation Do this twice daily

✅ Once daily at night:20 minutes of castor oil pack + warm towel

✅ This alone can bring down the pain to 50–70% in 10–14 days.

HOME REMEDIES

1. Turmeric + warm water at night 2. Eating 5 almonds soaked daily 3. Foot soak with rock salt water every night 4. Completely stop the practice of walking barefoot
