Hindi I m Suffering from psychosomatic deases I.B.S & O.C.D from last 30year.my I.B.S deases increase from last may month 2024 & my body weight down from 60kg to 45kg but present time it is 50kg.i have constipation so I use isab gol or Zandu nitam for it.Can I take castor oil for my kubj.how can I use it.i m also taking psychiatrist treatment for my O.C.D I m taking sertaline 50mg tab B/D a day.i m also taking rabinith dsr capsule for my Acidity ThanQ
