Struggling with Chronic Anxiety Despite Ayurvedic Treatment - #47003

I am suffering from cronic anxiety from last few years... then took medicine to manage it. But after the medication periods my symptoms come back.. now i am on ayurvedic medicine .. still facing the same issue Taking aswagandha and bacopa twice daily as per doctors advice... But still facing stress and anxiety and sleeping issues... is there anything else should i take?
