Comparing Passionflower Extracts for Panic Attacks and Digestive Issues - #47280

Client_f0f69c

Hello, I have some problems with panic attacks and anxiety on the central nervous system. For 5 years with a 1-year break, I have been taking passionflower extract, along with magnesium. It is the only one that has always helped me. I also have some digestive problems due to nervousness. They go away and reappear. Over time, I have tried other calming agents, all of which did not work. The only ones that had a good effect but in the very short term were cinnamon and lemon balm. I studied the problem and understood why. Passionflower, cinnamon and lemon balm act on the GABA neurotransmitter and are slightly sedative for the nervous system. Any other kind of calming agent makes me feel bad. I have not tried taking a GABA supplement, I am afraid, I do not know if it would do what passionflower does, that is, be what I need. Now I have discovered that Passiflora foetida is also good for the digestive system. My question is which is better for me? What is the difference between the two passionflowers? Thank you very much for the answer!
